The Role
 

We’re looking to recruit an experienced Paid Search specialist to plan, manage and execute paid search campaigns for the University’s Central Marketing Paid Media team. 

 

You will be joining a small team of paid media professionals within the wider Marketing Unit. Enhancing our ability to provide optimised paid media campaigns to support the achievement of student recruitment targets, promote excellence in research, engage with businesses and reach a range of audiences nationally and internationally. 

 

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working in-house, at an agency or as a freelancer, on a variety of PPC campaigns. From low budget short burst awareness to fully fledged high value cross market full funnel campaigns. We are looking for someone who is comfortable analysing live and historic data to manually optimise Google search campaigns within MCC while also utilising the latest machine learning tools provided in platform to maximise campaign scale.  

 

In this role you will take the lead on planning paid search campaigns as well as integrating paid search in to existing multi-channel campaign strategies.

 

As part of the wider Marketing Team you will have access to a variety of marketing professionals to support your campaign needs including copy specialists, web development and UX, creatives, e-mail marketing experts and full campaign strategists.
