The Role 

 

The School of Engineering is looking for a Senior Lecturer (Teaching and Scholarship) in Mechanical Engineering with experience in engineering design principles. This is an exciting opportunity for established teaching professionals to lead and support the delivery of our very popular Mechanical Engineering programmes.  

 

We are keen to hear from candidates who can deliver diverse and engaging teaching and learning experiences using high-quality materials in the Mechanical Engineering & Marine Technology discipline. Our aim is to deliver impactful teaching across the whole discipline, from underpinning theories through to applications.

This is a two stage recruiting process. This means we will be holding presentations as the initial assessment followed by interviews for shortlisted candidates.

 

Presentations will be held on the afternoon of 27 August 2024. Interviews will be held on 10 September.
