We now invite applications for the position of Director of Estates and Facilities.

 

The Director of Estates & Facilities is responsible for the strategy, operations and compliance of the University’s complex and evolving estate. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Registrar and the wider Executive Board, the Director will ensure our estate supports our vision and meets the needs of our three Faculties and all Professional Services areas.  The Director has responsibility for the built estate, including its development, maintenance, and security. They will work to improve space utilisation and make a significant contribution in delivering the University’s net zero carbon and wider sustainability objectives.
